I have asked for a replacement. I sent pictures to your customer support address and have heard nothing back! I realize they are inexpensive and a good deal but my scarf arrived with a big error in weaving- basically a large HOLE and an 'X' marked next to the hole with a magic marker! Perhaps someone will get back to me and let me know where and when I can get a replacement? I don't really feel like spending the postage to China to send a reject product BACK where it will once again be rejected.
Don't know how that got in the customer pile.
Other than that it's really soft and pretty.
